Axil 3000 P+
It is a water-based pre-protection material. It can be applied in immersion, sprinkling or pressurized plants.
- Features: AXIL 3000 P+ is used to protect all types of wood such as roof timber, carriers, joinery, exterior cladding, pergola, etc. above the water level and not in contact with the soil against fungal, insect and termite damage.
- It is water based. Sold in 5lt and 20lt packages. Used by diluting with water. 14lt of water is added to 1lt of Axil 3000 P+ pre-protective agent to obtain 15lt of ready-to-use medicine.
- AXIL 3000 P+ is colourless. The treated wood retains its original colour. Green and brown (Marron OB/Vert Autoclave) colours can be added to colour the product.
- Suitable for all types of wood. Before impregnation – pre-protection, the moisture content of the wood must be less than 28%, all cutting and sawing operations must be carried out before pre-protection. If the wood is to be cut after pre-protection, AXIL 3000 P+ should be applied to the cut surfaces with a brush.
- Does not cause corrosion of metal materials
- Active ingredients : Propiconazole, tebuconazole, permethrin, IPBC
- The product is compatible with all types of wood paint.
- Drying: 24 to 48 hours in a ventilated area (may vary depending on the nature of the wood, its absorption capacity and ambient conditions)
Protim 265
Protim 265 is an organic solvent based preservative. It is applied to wood materials in Protim Prevac facilities or by dipping.
It is highly effective against wood-destroying insects, termites, and wet and dry rot fungi.
It does not contain water, so it does not cause the wood material to rotate or change size.
It does not cause corrosion on metal fasteners.
Protim 265 is specially designed for precision-processed products such as wooden windows. The service life of windows that have been pre-treated with Protim 265 in Prevac facilities is 60 years.
Areas of Use: Suitable for all types of structural wood above the water level. Not suitable for wood used in contact with soil or in water. Wood paint should be applied on wood materials exposed to the outside environment.
Celbrite FS2
It is applied by dipping method to protect wooden pallets or packaging materials against surface mold. It is in concentrated form and used by diluting. It is also the only approved product that can be used in the food industry.
